Interface only
This website is an interface to a non-custodial program on Solana. The operators never hold your funds or keys, do not issue, custody, broker or distribute any token, and give no investment, tax or legal advice.

Eligibility
You may not use the interface if you are a US person, if you are resident in or a citizen of the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list. You are responsible for being an eligible holder of every token you pledge or may receive under its issuer's terms.

Tokenized stocks
Tokens such as xStocks are debt instruments or brokerage entitlements of their issuers. They are not shares and carry no voting rights. Their issuers can pause, freeze, move or burn them, change their multiplier, and add transfer restrictions. Read each issuer's terms.

Loans
Every loan is set by its lender and accepted by its borrower. If a loan is not repaid within 24 hours after maturity, the escrowed collateral goes to the lender and the borrower loses it, whatever its value. Lenders may receive collateral worth less than the loan.

Software
The program is new and unaudited. Transactions are final. You accept the risk of bugs, network outages and wallet errors.

No warranty
The interface is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the operators are not liable for losses arising from its use.
